For the price I couldn't go wrong.. my girlfriend loves both silver and gold, infinity symbol and heart beat.. as she's a dialysis tech.. thought it would be pretty cool.. little charm.. many compliments from patients!!! Just today little sad someone posted it comes with cleaning rag.. mine didn't, and it does come in jewelry box, but the chain was in a plastic bag and box had labels... made in China.. so fellas.. open it first.. it's a cute gift... my girl loves it.. as her work gear.. brightens people's lives. Im glad I open the box and just let her see the shock.. little things mean the most.. and it carries on to the next..
