I bought two kits and gave them to my oldest son as a gift. He needed to build a structure that could protect his firewood from the elements. Sorry I don't have a picture of the end product but it was the perfect product to buy for the purpose he needed it for. The shed build took me about three days working with no experience and alone. I did need help with two parts of the process: I strongly suggest getting a second person involved from the beginning to make it a one day project. The instructions were clear and easy to use. I am overall happy with the product and think it works well for smaller structures. I built the 8x12 ft model as a chicken coop using many reclaimed materials.

Very good product and very sturdy. Gave it only four stars for easy to assemble because had to make notches in the roof beams because very hard to insert into notches. As seen in photo.

Helped us keep our trusses angled correctly but the opening in the brackets is too tight a fit for standard 2x4. Having read this in someone else’s review we tried to insure there was room to pound the 2x4s in along the top of the roof and sides by assembling the trusses with 2x4 pieces hammered into the openings. Even doing that when it came time to put the roof pieces in it took a lot of pounding and bent some of the brackets. Someone suggested planing off the 2x4s first to make them smaller. We probably should have done that. Overall I would not buy this kit again. It made it harder not easier in my opinion. It would be a great kit if they increased the size of the space in their brackets. You want the 2x4s to fit snuggly but not have to chisel out the wood to get them to fit.

Brackets are flimsy. Three people are required to erect the uprights. Even worse are the slots that are supposed to fit a 2x4 for support across the top and edges of the roof. The slots are much too small for a standard 2x4. We ended up having to buy a planer to take about 1/2" off the 2x4 to get it to fit. I bought enough to make two sheds. We are finishing the first with the addition of lots of extra cross pieces to make up for the lack of structural integrity that the flimsy brackets and the trimmed boards left us with. The second shed will be built without any of this crap. Amazon won't even let me return the others, since building the first shed took so long the return window has expired.

I used the instructions for the floor and arches only. The brackets saved quite a few dollars over buying pre made trusses. I also put everything on 16" center. I built traditional top and bottom plate for the gable end walls and but the door in the side wall. 7/16 osb sheathing and 3/8 LP smart side skin. Shingles and shelving left to finish. Recommended!

My wife is a structural engineer so she redesigned the whole thing to make a 10' x 16' with a 6' x 6' door and 6' walls. Becuase of this we were able to save a lot of materials. But I dont recommend this becuase it made it extremely difficult on use and caused alot of headache. When the provided instructions make it extremely easy. Not super clear, you kinda have to have an idea. Buy the kit stick to the plans and you can do 90% yourself! (In My Opinion)
