seems good. no noted side effects. energy level feels decreased when I take this consistently, but that may track as it is supposed to lower cortisol. No testing done to verify my levels.

My sleep is better and more complete but can be shortened by PS as well. 30-45 mins after taking it, music sounds so much better to me its so strange and the effects lasts a day or two. Also it brings me closer to people I feel wronged me. I'm more generous and empathetic. My PTSD Reponses have gone and never came back without me having to take it again. It repaired my relationship with my sister.

I'm glad to have this product on hand again. I use it after waking up and needing another two hours of sleep. I pretend that it also creates sleep dreams. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, because typically those hours prior to getting up in the morning are prime time for remembering our dreams.

This is a good product and it makes older people mentally sharper. However, we used to buy this exact same bottle of 120 for this same price and a dosage was 2 pills equaling 400 mg of the product. They changed that without letting anyone know. We just happened to notice last week that the dosage is now 4 pills to equal 400 mg and the 120 count bottle is the same price for just 30 days. It's still a good product, but much pricier now.

I got tired of waiting around for everybody to get there's in stock. Yours was in stock and the dosage and quantity i was looking for. Also glad to see there was no Titanium Dioxide mixed in and a capsule not a tablet. Would buy again.
