The Good: My doctor first turned me onto this supplement as a way to maintain my heart function. I have a degenerative muscle condition and this drug is the only known supplement that has shown to slow muscle loss, so I’m always looking for new methods of absorption. The product is very straightforward, and I like opening up the bottle to see such little smooth oblong pills which were easy to take. Like little white skittles. Just like with other forms and brands, I noticed no day-to-day improvements, but I have not noticed any adverse effects which is all I can hope for. No weird burps, no indigestion, happy Hammy.The Bad: This bottle was a little expensive compared to their competitors. For the price, I would have expected a count closer to 100, not 60 which will barely last me two months. Also, I didn’t like that the pills were incased in gelatin. I try to avoid gelatin wherever I can because I don’t like my vitamins served with a side of horse hoof.
