I like that I don't have to mix it in water and drink it like the Ovasitol. This is every bit as good as Ovasitol and not so expensive. I am not sure I will order it again though, because I don't think I need the D-chiro Inositol since I ovulate already. I'm going to have to do more research. But, if you need that, these are great. There's no taste or smell. They won't make you burp icky. They're affordable.

I tried this product for two months taking half a dose. I was taking it to see if it would relieve the anxiety I experience from, what I suspect, is female hormonal imbalance. I've not had a period since my teens (infertile). So, I wasn't taking this to restore fertility -- just to see if I could relieve some of the symptoms of not having healthy female hormonal panel. It was worth the try. I did feel, initially, that my mood worsened; but that resolved after about 2 weeks. After that, I had no ill side effects. I just tapered off it and also experienced no ill effects. My choice to do this was not recommended by a medical professional. I'm a biologist who is very interested in natural/holistic treatments, and after reading about the components of this product thought I would give it a try since I experience little relief from traditional pharmaceutical treatments. Please do NOT take my above treatment plan as any form of medical advice. I have nothing bad to say about the quality, packaging, or ease of taking this product. If it had offered relief, I would have continued taking it.

I am a person with pretty advanced PCOS and I took the whole bottle and got very little to no results. I even took these with Folic Acid and still no change in my system. If anything, it may have just caused me to develop a pretty adequate size ovarian cyst which ended up putting pressure on my bladder which originally I thought it was a bladder infection. Went to the doctor and it turned out to not be the case. So it clearly was a large cyst. I haven’t grew any like that for years but since I started taking this it most likely was the culprit. Also i took Evening Primrose oil with it too because I take that everyday just to help keep what hormones I have left balanced so that I don’t get any hot flushes and flashes. If you have mild PCOS still getting your monthlies but irregularly this might work for you but if it’s too far gone and advanced, don’t waste your time and money. The only thing that is going to fix my issue is hardcore prescription hormones/medication, unfortunately. However, although, maybe I need to take these a little longer to see a change for the better. I guess I will give these a try for 2 more months and see where I’m at then. I hear inositol takes about 3 to 4 months to start seeing a change. So with that, review to be continued...

This product was suggested to me along with a few other supplements as I suffer from PCOS and infertility. We had been trying to conceive for over a year when I started these supplements. 3 months of taking these and I just found out i'm pregnant. I can't say it was this supplement alone but I will recommend to anyone I know with infertility and PCOS.
