OLUKAI Men's Mio Li Shoe, Mist Grey/Poi, 8.5

Overall, they are not all like I would expect from a kick around shoe to wear by the shore. First off, when you look down at them when they are on your feet, with the faux leather they look a bit like saddle shoes. Perhaps I will get use to that, but I dunno. The fit is a bit odd, they run long, but are a bit tight from the ball of the foot up through the toe box. But perhaps the oddest part is the insole. It is very stiff for what you would expect, they have a very high arch, which combined with the stiffness is not very comfortable. It is also very thick/tall in the heel, almost like I am wearing lifts. They seem about 1/4 inch taller than my other casual shoes, and a good 3/8th inch taller than I had expected. The overall feel is not like a $130 shoe. Oh, and I almost forgot, the loop at the top of the tongue is lilliputian, and way to small to be useful to help pull them on. Now perhaps, as they wear in they will get more comfortable, I may adjust to the saddle shoe appearance, and since I am not very tall, I may come to like the 'lift' effect. I've decided to keep them, and if I like them more overtime, I will update. update a couple of days later: I've decided to return them. Casual sneakers should be very comfortable the moment you try them on, not after a break-in period. I'm sure these would even break-in anyway give how stiff the insole is. I am at a loss to understand all of the positive reviews

These shoes are so comfortable. I like them so much that I bought 3 pairs in different colors. They fit my feet perfectly and super lightweight. They lasted a long time
