Very happy with the purchase. 10/10 ### ⭐ Do not purchase a phone from this company *by D***E on 24 April 2026* Purchased this phone mid Jan 2026, it looked amazing almost pristine condition, battery life looked great and was very pleased with my purchase. Then after a month my phone started glitching out, not responsive, juddering from side to side completely unusable, went on utube went through all the things that could be causing these issues, got it working again for about a week and then it starts again, by this time my month had passed and couldn’t get a refund, contacted UR they said I could send it back and they will fix or refund partial payment! I had no choice but to send back, they were not helpful and did not respond or answer questions they’re customer service was very poor, I had to keep messaging to get any answers, I really didn’t want the phone back as I had lost confidence in it by this point but they would not give me a replacement, I even offered to pay extra for a replacement! I waited two weeks to get the phone back by which time I had purchased a brand new phone as I didn’t want to take a chance with refurbished again, the phone was sent back in a box rattling around with no packaging to secure it! Unbelievable I wasted £220 for less than 3 months usage for a phone.
