Running this on original 327 in my 1962 Impala was having issues with stalls, hard starts and cutting out while driving like the key turned off. At first I thought it was my points eliminator kit and returned the car to points still had issues and under powered. My resistor wire could have been failing but I became frustrated and said no more bs went HEI with this specific unit and still running great! I was amazed that for the price I could get a reliable machine out of it and parts arrived packaged well and felt sturdy right out of the box. Wiring made simple with tach wires included and good quality plug wires ready to go. Car fired on first crank and idled smooth like all my previous break downs never happened and I can drive again with confidence. I recommend this.

Bought this 8-9 months ago to put in my sbc350 and I'm very pleased with it. In the time I've had it I've only had 1 issue and that was the module. The module went bad on a trip to Pigeon forge last year in the fall but after I put a new one in I scooted along and haven't had an issue since. It's a great distributor and I'd recommend it to anybody. It is alot more pinkish than red which I actually liked more than a straight up red one, it looks great on my all black motor. I haven't ran the plug wires so I can't speak for them but if they function as good as the distributor does I'm sure you won't have an issue. I give it a 9 out of 10 anyday.

It did the trick for me. Just touch the key in the start position and we are off and running great.

Used it on my 52’ Chev with a swapped 283 V8. Looks great in Red. Plug wires are a bit short but did work, I just would have liked them longer to run along inner fender. Installed fine and works as good as I can expect for that price . Value was very good ! Shipped in a very well packaged box.
