Noyl Eye Charm (Water Proof Type)

I have tried many brands of eyelid glue and this is by far the best. It dries quickly and the consistency is just right. Some other brands cause itchiness but so far I don't have any allergic reaction to this brand. But you may have to practice many times to get the hang of applying it.

Awesome this is soo great love it works so well came 3 weeks before it was suppose to but u need to practice with it and find the best angle for ur eyes
