J'ai aimé l'ouverture d'esprit et les références de presse et d'articles scientifiques.J'ai trouvé la méthodologie exposée un peu succincte et superflue car le reste du livre de suffit à lui-même.

Had a BOSH cookbook already so just ordered this out of interest. Not disappointed at all. Really well written, not at all preachy and helpful for anyone thinking of being more plant based

Good introduction to the basic principles of veganism. The emphasis on the link to sustainability and reversing climate change is something that may come as a surprise to some people. If you are already vegetarian or vegan, you probably are already aware of much that's in this book, but the references are a valuable resource and the book would make a good gift for someone thinking of taking the plunge.
