The form that comes with the kit is a bit confusing - it doesn't provide an option for payment to mark that you already paid when the kit was purchased, and it reads like you'll need to pay more, but I wrote it in on the page and still got the results on time.The kit itself was fine to use, and I got the results 7 days after they received, a little under 2 weeks after I mailed in the samples. Having the option to test multiples different samples at once with this kit was great, and they were clearly labeled so that they weren't mixed.

TL;DR I can only assume the science side of this is fine, but experience using this product was outright bad. Still haven't gotten results. Would never buy another product from them again. The level of incompetence in this product experience is STAGGERING.(Edit: It’s over a year on and I remembered I literally never received results)1. The app doesn't work. The form errors out with backend issues that don't give you any steps to resolve (restarting the app, triple checking form details). I wasted far too much time trying to make sure it wasn't user side errors.2. The company did NOT get my test results within their 5 stated business days. Still waiting for results on business day 5 (This is counting 5 days after the package arrived AT their lab via USPS Tracking).3. The website linked with their Amazon account links you to A DIFFERENT PROLAB... which I contacted and who promptly replied that I had the wrong ProLab.4. The paper form you mail off doesn't accommodate long email addresses. (16 characters before the email handle)5. You prepay for shipping... then are told you have the option of 1-day shipping for an ADDITIONAL $20... why would you need one day shipping? is this some kind of fear based upsell? Skeeze vibes.

Mailed sample 3 weeks ago, have not received any results. Did the "pre-registration", but have decided that doesn't make any difference. UPDATE-Received text from lab telling me they received my two samples and I had a lab report emailed to me in less than five days. So, have updated my rating. Was it the post office's fault it took a month to arrive at the lab? I'll never know, but didn't feel it was fair to slam the company, as they did get results to me within the time stated on the product.

But the results did come back and seemed reasonable. The form didn't have a box for prepay but i wrote it in and they still processed it

I ordered this to test popcorn ceiling that I want to get rid of. Collected the samples, sent them in, they acknowledged receipt. Never received results. Followed up via email several times; no response. 100% waste of money. Unfortunately, I procrastinated and didn't send in the samples before the return window closed. Suffice it to say that I would not recommend.

A great kit at a fraction of the cost of having some1 come out and test. It's very simple process

The app doesn’t proceed when I click REGISTER. I made MULTIPLE fresh attempts, using latest app version, yada yada yada. All the requested information is filled in . Wasting my time.Others have said the app is not good, now I understand why. These days writing an app should be easy.Also, the lab results are supposedly prepaid purchasing the kit through Amazon, but no where in the literature (cardboard liner) does it explain how that works. Maybe it’s explained in the app, but I can’t proceed in the app to find out.Frustrating!!!!!!
