These inner soles offer great support for fallen arches and Metatarsal issues. Over time I have ordered several pairs to leave in my shoes.Fit nicely into most of my enclosed footwear. I can walk, play sport and stand for long periods with being in uncomfortable pain.Highly recommend

These were recommended to me by a high street podiatry therapist to help me with pain in my big toe joint. The 3/4 length design is genius: I have often found that full length inserts make the toe box too tight, where there are no laces to make adjustments. I got a bit of pain when I first wore them as they started to work on the tight tendons in my arch, but as I walked the support became painless. After I switched my shoes for slippers, I found the toe pain returned, but I expected this as my feed adjusted to the correct alignment. I did not expect an instant result, so I am going to persevere to let these work on relieving my pain.

When first used was perfect, I was pain free for around 3 week, but after that they didn't seem to work and I was back in pain.

Recently bought some boots from M&S, unfortunately the soles are flat as pancakes and I have a reasonably high arch. I had a spare full insole which I tried in but there wasn’t enough space for a full insole and my foot! I saw these and ordered, they arrived next day and are perfect for my needs! They’ve slotted in beautifully and the shape of the heel on the boot holds them in place so they don’t slide about. My feet felt comfortable and refreshed in them. Great little buy for better arch support.

I’ve worn half or three quarter orthotics for years after consultation with Physiotherapist for a back injury. These are the perfect type of support/function orthotics for my needs. The arch support ‘supports’ but dual layer material makes it so comfortable. These ones also have metatarsal bump in middle which I previously never tried but so glad I did……it’s made all the difference. What type you need for your feet sometimes is trial & error or getting professional advice. I love these ‘Pro II Wellbeing’ three quarter orthotics!

These may be fine for others but unfortunately absolutely no use for me. No support and could feel where they stopped in the shoe (no toe area) so very uncomfortable. Pushed forward onto the ball of foot. The pad was also in the wrong place for what I needed. Always difficult buying inserts so as I say maybe OK for others.

Fits well but takes awhile to get used to. Really relieves pain.
