It’s ok, actually. I was hoping it would be more healing after a little use, but I didn’t experience good enough relief until I used almost half the bottle. And my pain was rather minor (not serious).

The cooling effect is nice for a few mins, but after that it has that "Bengay" smell. I was expecting a menthol or maybe a vapo-rub. It's very subjective, but we find the odor very unpleasant.The roll-on is definite plus vs the cream we've been using and to getting tiger balm all over your fingers. But this does not last nearly as long as either.

This is the only thing that helps with my pain. I have degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis and am currently seeing a rheumatologist to see what else. Fibromyalgia seems likely. I get back upper back pain between the shoulders and this helps me get through my day when nothing else will (like nsaids and tylenol)

Let me start by saying that we LOVE the regular Bio-Freeze! It works great, is pretty clean for ingredients and has alcohol listed way down on their list of ingredients, so I never read the ingredients for the Bio-Relief. I assumed that this would be just like the Bio-Freeze but with the added benefit of hemp oil. I could not have been more wrong. Not only is hempseed oil the LAST ingredient (meaning it is the least in quantity), but alcohol is the very FIRST ingredient! We were completely baffled when we opened it and used it because the smell of alcohol was so overpowering. We had to wash it off. It was, and truly this is no exaggeration, like putting rubbing alcohol on your skin with a cotton ball- But worse because the straight alcohol would have dissipated a lot faster. So confused and disappointed.I cannot believe the good reviews on this and that no one has mentioned this. They MUST be using reviews from the regular Bio-Freeze for the Bio-Relief. There is just no other explanation. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Regular Bio-Freeze? Definitely. But NOT the Bio-Relief.

I bought this to use on my feet after standing at work all day, and I'm not sure if this works great or if I just like the "cooling-vaporish" effect as well as the smell.I haven't had any allergic reactions so it seems pretty safe as well.Gotta keep those "runnings" cool!

This product was recommended by my doctor, as she had other patients recommend it to her. I especially like that it's a roll on, because with other products I have used, you have to thoroughly wash your hands after applying it. With this roller for application, your hands stay clean. That means a lot if you need to apply it while there isn't a sink nearby. It helps pain quite a lot, and I have chronic pain issues. It does have a menthol odor that eventually dissipates, which is a small price to pay for being able to get out and go places. I've even ordered it for 2 other family members and they are as happy with it as I am.
