Pink Harvest Farms Bean to Buttons: Sugarfree Baking Chocolate Chips (Pack of 1)

I found this product after a long search, for my keto recipes. This works out really well. It has stevia and erythritol and melts fine. I usually melt it with butter and add in my recipes.For some people stevia doesn’t suit. They can avoid this product. But overall it’s a really good product, I recommend it!

The Bean to Buttons Chocolate chips are too good and the drak chocolate flavour and quality is good and it will blend in the cookies and cakes, the size of the chocolate chip as per the name it's button size , especially I liked the packing

These chocolate chips/buttons have a rich, deep taste. I find it difficult to stop snacking on them. As for baking, they are a bit flat in shape, and flatten out even more at oven-like temperatures, so aesthetically your baked goods won’t have the usual look you would expect with chocolate chips from supermarkets. They compensate on it by being healthier and rich in taste, and use stevia instead of regular sugar. They are just the perfect snack to lift your spirits though :)

The taste of stevia just penetrates every bite. Whether you eat it plain, melt it, add it to another product while baking or topping a cake, it feels like you're poisoning your tastebuds with that unique sting of stevia. The product may be vegan friendly and sugar free, and I may now be stuck with 6 packets on an impulsive buy, but I'm not going to buy it again.

There is very strong after taste. The chips are also very thin in thickness. Overall, did not like it.

I had to put it in the freezer, because of its melting factor. The choco chips are preservative-free, that's why they melt. I was making my keto fudge brownie and oh boy! what a dark dense flavour. This the best baking chocolate I have used. No overpowering sugary, oily or chemical taste.Try it in your baking, you won't be disappointed!Bought it to try due to the non-availability of good sugar-free/keto branded baking chocolate out there. These chocolate button comes in a pouch packaging. I really loved the small chocolate buttons which can be used in various dishes. I ate them as it is & also used in hot chocolate. These small chocolate buttons can make your chocolate dishes awesome.

Even though the bag mentions that there is no aftertaste, there is definitely a distinct aftertaste. I'm so dissapointed with this. I have a massive sweet tooth, which has become a challenge since I have started my keto journey. Was hoping this would be a solution and was planning to snack on this instead of dessert. No can do with this aftertaste :(Will use this for baking instead. Don't think will be purchasing this again. Would have been better if this had been sweetened wih erythritol.
