I have always said, if you want to take only ONE supplement/vitamin/superfood, or don’t like to take pills but want something to improve your health, this is it.This is the best thing I have found in the last 20 years for daily long term use and it is so easy to blend in water and it is super easy to cover the flavor If you really don’t like it. Many greens require special processing which can add to the cost, and you also have to rotate them in your diet, steam to release some nutrients and deactivate others, cycle on and off so you don’t get too much of something, use a blender because they don’t stir, or they taste so strong it’s difficult to drink no matter what you do. This is why I love spirulina. I use other greens in my diet, I juice and make smoothies and I love herbs, vitamins and superfoods so I like to try a lot of products from doctors and companies I love, but like I said..... if you want only ONE thing, this is it. And remember, brand is everything when it comes to supplements. Without quality you have nothing. Whichever one you choose make sure to study up on it. Where is it made? How long have they been in business? That said, Earthrise spirulina is a staple at my house.

I have been getting the tablets from Earthrise for quite a while, avoiding the powder because I remember tasting another brand in powder form and it was fishy and gross. But looking at the price per ounce, the powder is MUCH more of a value so I went for it, bracing myself to just deal with the odd taste. But the Earthrise powder has none of the weird fishy taste, it nearly disappears in just a scoop of vanilla protein powder.I use this stuff to deal with digestive issues, as it seems to make digestion easier and makes me more regular and gives me energy and better circulation.
