I’ve experienced no major side effects with HK Vitals Fish Oil, though I occasionally feel some gastric discomfort. It supports heart health and has benefited my hair as well. Taking one tablet a day works well, and there’s no fishy aftertaste. Overall, it’s still a good product to continue.
