These books are great. They provide a good written accounting record of business for small businesses. They have a monthly summary sheet, that, if you use it correctly, you move it to overlap the next month, and simply transfer the previous month’s info. (See picture .) I have been using this bookkeeper for 20 years. We're a sole propiertor business and by using this book, we can physically open, the pages to each month, and not worry because we have power outages. It's an old fashioned and reliable back up. There are many lines, sections, labels for your expenditures, supplies, payroll and receipts which are outlined for your benefit. Very inexpensive and durable.
