Poor quality of materials.
It is not a worthy product. Made up of poor quality materials. Creates lot of noise in from wheels. Not sturdy as well.

Chair is good and comfortable. But armrest can be improved with some cushion and also tilt mechanism is bit complicated . Rest everything is good.
