This is definitively a good deal for work out gear. You get 5 items for pretty much the price of one item in another brand. I’m 5”9 and 175lbs and I bought it in XL and it fits me nicely. A decent product at a very nice price

It’s always a tough one trying to get the right size for anything compression . I’d probably go one size bigger ... or maybe even two of your tall or have long arms or legs ... Waist size is on point .. length could use some work . I got the xxl only because I’m tall .. they work , I’m not one to complain ... I really like how the items came. Organized in different plastics folded and neat
