Broken philament of the bulb
While this may be a great product it is rendered useless with the bulb not functioning due to the broken philament. The whole idea of the set is to not have hassles sourcing everything separately. When a partial piece is broken the policy is such that replace or refund the entire order which makes the hassle a struggle.
