Got this for my son. I really didn’t want to give my kid a smartphone... too much distraction and stuff he doesn’t need. But I still wanted to make sure he’s safe when he is out, so I got this. The GPS tracking is a relief – I can check where he is anytime. And the auto call-back feature is the best! Sometimes he is too busy playing to hear the phone, so I just send a command, and it calls me back on loudspeaker. He gets a bit annoyed, but fine no. 😂 The SOS button and all that are pretty good for safety purposes. Honestly, I am glad I got it rather than a full on smartphone.

Highly disappointed! Software malfunctions and really cumbersome to use. Definitely not recommended. Please don't waste money on this! Also no return options available on this which is really strange looks like seller is awre of the issues.

We ordered the Easyfone star for our 7 year old. So far we have found it to be a very good product for younger children. It is safe to use as parent can customise it for the child. The child can't be contacted by any one without parent's knowledge, nor can any number be directly dialled from the phone, unless the contact has been placed their by the parent. The speaker quality is not the best but adequate for calls, voice clarity is good, with minimal noise. It is fairly simple to use and limits use to calling and messaging, therefore unlikely to be too much of a distraction. Can help the child stay in touch with important family members when they are travelling or away for work. Great for keeping in touch with out station grandparents and close relatives.

Excellent idea and implementation, but lack of customer support response is the draw back. I couldn’t activate the GPS, auto call back or discreet listening on it. Which was one of the main reasons to buy this phone, lack of customer care and guidance is a big disappointment. Otherwise a great buy.

Bought this phone for my Morher who is 85yrs old for her to be connected with us and vice versa. Since this was her first phone i wanted to buy simplest phone which she can use without searching mobile nos. After searching various phones from Easyfone, i found this phone which is for kids to be perfect for her. Four big buttons wirh option to place photos of family members was most important feature for finalise this phone. She has to just press photo button to dial the number. After using this phone for over 1.5 yrs, i would recommend this phone for Super Sr citizens who haven't used any phone in past. However this is 2G only but didn't faced any problem in call reception and quality. Pros: Most user friendly phone for Sr citizens (although designed for kids) with easy of dialling nos (4nos photo buttons and Additional limited photo contacts) Cons: As this is special purpose phone, dont have too much expectations on build quality, camera etc. Area of improvements : 1. Four picture buttons are little hard to press and need to be pressed for 1-2 seconds to initiate call. Becomes difficult for sr citizens to press hard and keep pressure for some time. 2. No option to keep all incoming calls on speaker phone by default. Need to select speaker option for each call, not easy for sr citizens

There's a long list of complaints: 1. A used-up battery was delivered by the vendor, which just lasts long enough to pass the return date. We noticed the battery got discharged too soon to begin with. Eventually (in 4 months time), the battery bloated and damaged the rear cover of the case. 2. Setting the whitelist, blacklist, phone volume is too cumbersome. We have still not been able to set fast dialing up. 3. GPS location is very imprecise. I suspect it is not really the satellite GPS. 4. No real customer support.

You cannot use the product without configuring with the app in your smart phone. But to configure you need an otp which I'm not Getting and on top of that for customer care they have given a mobile number which they do not answer most of the time, and else it is either switched of or not reachable.

The phone was good easy to use. My father using it.
