Q: can i put new pages once all are filled or have to buy the whole leather book again?

you would have to buy a new one as the pages are sewn into the book. hope that helps.

Q: Will a fountain pen bleed through?

No. That is something I made sure of when I purchased this product and was not let down in the least. I ONLY use my fountain pen in this book and bleeding has never taken place due to the pages being so thick. Enjoy!
