It just doesnt start.
Item received without damage. But it doesnt work. I connected the item to power socket and it doesnt start at all.

Worst customer service. Defective product
Despite repeated efforts trying to get in touch with the seller for a refund of the product, I am still waiting for them to send someone to collect the product. The massager does not work in India. It needs a step down adapter which ideally they should provide with the product. Even after trying the product does not work. Now I am waiting for a refund.

Adapter is not getting fitted in any of tye converters as well.Tried all the converters. Please advive
