Atoderm Intensive Balm, Nourishing Body Cream- for Very Dry Sensitive Skin, 6.8 Fl Oz

I've used several products in search for something to help my psoriasis and I think this might be it. My skin absorbs this very easily, it has a texture similar to lubriderm just not as liquidity. Doesn't have a fragrance just a very light scent. Last me all day for the most part except for when I'm at work and I have to deal with bleach and washing my hands every other minute. That being said, it does help restore the moisture that has been lost on those days and help the damage that has been done to my hands after working in this field for so long. I've went through an entire bottle and I've noticed that I hadn't had a psoriasis break out in awhile and was curious how much this played a part in that. I've been doing several other things with my diet too when I started using this initially so I wanted to narrow it down, so I tried another product. And lo and behold, I ended up have another psoriasis break out and my skin suffered for it. I just got another bottle a week ago and I'm already starting to feel and see the difference.

Hardly anything works for my very dry skin (face). I used the basic, very thick Eucerin for years, but it stopped working once my skin aged. I've been rather desperately looking for a suitable replacement. I like the L'Oreal Age Perfect with Manuka Honey for Mature, Very Dry Skin a lot -- smells and applies awesomely -- but that just doesn't cut it for the colder weather (New England). So I started to look around yet again... the Bioderma is REALLY GOOD at moisturizing, astonishing actually given my needs. It has no smell whatsoever, something I appreciate, and it applies 'light', yet moisturizes all day (only before bedtime I tend to apply another new very thin layer). I will admit that it leaves a slight sensation of a 'film' on the skin, but for me that is absolutely worth it given its power to moisturize. It's also cost-efficient given how large the tube is and how little one needs to apply. Hands down highly recommend!

I needed an "industrial strength" moisturizer for my severely dehydrated skin and decided to give Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Boume a try. You only need to apply a small amount of this cream. If you get heavy handed it will not be properly absorbed and will leave a greasy film on your skin (speaking from experience). It is scentless so it won't fight with any fragrances you might like to wear. This cream is excellent for dry skin on the feet, rough or scaley patches on elbows, etc. Because you need such a small amount, it is a great value.

I actually started using this as a moisturizer, since I received a small sample of it earlier this year and tried it on my face. It’s very moisturizing as a face cream, but I think it should maybe just be used as a night face cream since it’s kinda thick. Used it on other areas and it moisturizes real good. It’s unscented so that’s great since scented lotions bother my skin.

This cream provided instant relief on my very dry and itchy skin. Every winter, I try out a new body cream, but I am often left disappointed because the hydration seems superficial and short lasting. This is a notch above your ordinary body cream. It gets absorbed very quickly, doesn't feel greasy to the touch. You can get dressed a few minutes after applying. I use it for my hands too, and even my face when it feels extra dry after a walk in the snow. Definitely recommend!

Daughter has severe exzema tried tons of over the counter products and prescription creams and nothing worked. Bought this for her and noticed a difference in 24 hours and as she used it everyday it just kept getting better and better. Very moisturizing with no smell or perfumes. I will continue to buy more! Highly recommend for those with exzema and super sensitive skin. Daughter loves this stuff.

Why a lotion would contain a sweeter seems strange, but why this sweetner is even more baffling. Do not take my word for it. A very small amount of Xylitol can be fatal for dogs - a few drops can kill a small dog in hours. If you are a pet owner, reach out to your vet before considering this product.
