Recommended.
Bags are as advertised and stand up to long cooking time and seal very well. Do not impart any odd taste to the food.

Nice
Nice product. To be used with a good vacuum sealer. The plastic is thick, good. Can be reused again after washing and drying.

One side is hatched and the other side is plain plastic. Seal is not effective.
1. only one side is etched with squares. The other side is plain plastic. I didn't find this detail in any of the description. 2. The seal loses its integrity within 2 days (strong-dry sealing), compared to bags with both sides etched/ crossed. I have even tried double sealing the bags (at two different locations..of-course)...it doesn't work. I don't recommend it for strong dry sealing. unfortunately, I am stuck with it (having experimented with a few bags).

So far so good, tempted to buy the reusable plastic bags but found some reviews that this is still better than those.

I am very impressed for the money! Works very well to seal steaks, chicken breasts, and tenders, peppercorns, smooth (non-pointy) dried pastas, and nearly else everything I've tried to seal with it, provided that the product you want to seal, wont puncture the bag. I tried 3 different brands of bags that I bought when I ordered this machine, and all of them worked well. Even the Walmart brand 2 roll pack, which actually was the best, for overall quality and cost effectiveness in my opinion. I sous-vide the vast majority of my beef steaks (NY strip, Sirloin, and even T-bone/Porterhouse (wrap them with parchment paper so the bone doesn't puncture the bag!) I can set it in the pot with the circulator (Inkbird 1000 Watt) and come back on a timer, and it will be very consistent, and 98% perfect every single time. All I have to do afterwards, is season it, and SEAR IT! I have a really hard time asking for a better "bang for the buck" with almost any other brand, for any type of product.

I bought the Inkbird Vacuum Sealer as it ticked all the boxes for me. It was priced reasonably and it provided all the features for home use. Several months went past and I started having an issue. I reached out to their support and I can honestly say the service and communication I received was unbelievable. We tried to solve the issue and weren’t able to Inkbird decided on replacing the machine for me. Now that’s what I call service. I have no hesitation in recommending this brand.

Was gifted an Inkbird vacuum sealer for my birthday so I can store my leftover BBQ meats for longer, and went through the included "starter" set pretty quickly. Decided to give this set a try for my first purchase and so far they have no disappointed at all! The rolls are big, and the only "complaint" I have is that while they still fit inside the unit they are difficult to turn until you've gone through a bit. I think the only way this would change is if they went to a thinner core but that might compromise the integrity of the roll, and it's not that big of an inconvenience where I'm actually worried about it. Just a nitpick! There are four rolls, which consists of two 11" wide rolls and two 8" wide rolls. This gives you plenty of flexibility and doesn't require you to waste the wider bags when you have a thinner amount of leftovers or smaller item. So far, I've had zero issues with cutting or sealing with my Inkbird unit and the food I've reheated with my Inkbird Sous Vide has been just as tasty as when it came off the smoker! Highly recommend these for your BBQ leftover needs!
