Ok, these things are amazing! We are in a short term rental with most of our stuff in storage right now, and I am SO glad we used these when packing! It makes it so easy to find things when we discover we need something out of storage. We can locate exactly what box it’s in because of the search feature in the app! Anyone who has moved knows how frustrating it is when you need a specific item and don’t know what box it’s in. Because even in the best situations, unpacking takes time! Best things about these: - Easy to use - app makes everything super simple - Variety of color options makes it easy to color code, so you can quickly glance at boxes and find the right one. Also helps for getting boxes to the right room when unloading. - They have now added a reprint option so you can put labels on multiple sides of the box. This was initially a flaw, but they recently added this option and blank labels. I just ordered some so haven’t tried yet, but looks like it will be super simple. Will try to remember to come back and update this once I do. - Search feature - best part of the app! Catalog your boxes thoroughly (description, list of items, and pictures), and you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for easily. The app lets you put in as little or as much info as you want, but if you put in the effort up front it is 100% worth it. You can thank me later. 😉 - Last but not least, their customer service is top notch!! They listen and respond to feedback (reprint option), and are super prompt & helpful to respond! I reached out with an ordering question for their website because their blank labels aren’t on Amazon right now, and someone responded right away and got me fixed up even on a Saturday night! Tips: - Order more than you think you’ll need. Especially if you’re color coding, you don’t want to run out of a certain color when you need them. - Take the time to catalog thoroughly. List everything that’s in the box, and take pictures of the inside and the outside of the box. (Outside pics really help when searching for a specific box in a room full of boxes!) - Don’t be scared off by the “pro” subscription. We ended up needing it because our stuff is in storage longer than we originally thought, but it was only like $12-15/year. I can’t remember if it unlocked additional features or not, but it was worth every penny! I have shared these with friends and they are as in love with them as I am. They are the best moving hack ever.

I run a small eBay store, and these Smart Labels have made organizing my inventory so much easier. The QR codes scan quickly every time, and the bright neon colors help me find bins and products fast when I’m packing orders. The stickers are durable, stay in place well, and have really helped streamline my storage system. I also love that they’re made in the USA. Highly recommend for resellers, small businesses, or anyone trying to stay organized!

These are an awesome idea. The best part is that they do not require a subscription. I have purchased both, the primary colors & the neon and have color coded them. I have built a rack that will hold 64 of the 27 gallon totes. We have a ton or stuff that we are storing, from Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations, July 4th decorations, keepsakes for our kids, misc. junk that should probably be tossed and just a plethora of stuff that has now been cataloged and stored. These labels make it easy as once you have them entered into your phone, it will also allow you to just quickly scan thru the descriptions and photos of these containers on your phone and you can then find the container by color & number before even looking into the containers. The labels don’t stick very well but just tape over them with some clear packaging tape and problem solved. I would seriously recommend these.

OK, I love this. As a collector of many things a lot of which are still in package many of which are out of package. This is great for organizing collections so you know what you have. The one issue I have with the app is I cannot scan a UPC. For items that are still in package. This would make the cataloging process of the container a lot easier. Other than that, this works as intended, and I would buy more. The labels are easy to find they are durable and high-quality.

I love how these let me type into the label app what exactly is in my packed boxes for moving. Once we get there, and if someone says, "Where are the kitchen utensils," before we're fully unpacked. I can just go to my app with my custom labels and see which box they're in, and go directly to that label and grab that box. I accidentally packed a necessary item and had to go and find the box to get it back out. It was easy and simple. To anyone moving, if you can take the time to itemize your boxes, do it. If you don't have the time, you can also take a screenshot of it and add it to the coordinating app. Voila!

This is seriously the best storage hack ever. I have bins for days with various holiday or decor items in them. I bought a bunch of new bins and these QR code labels so when we put up Halloween and took down Christmas, I could better find what I need in the attic. There are several colors so you could pick a type of item you’re storing and choose a color that would coordinate. For Halloween I picked orange. You literally scan the code and take a photo of what is inside. The first photo is what it looks like in the ap. I haven’t gotten too far yet, but you can even say where the tote is located for easy finding. The boxes are entirely customizable so it can say what you want it to. Second photo is when you click the specific label. You can see a small photo of the contents. Third photo is a larger photo of the contents for clarity of what is inside the bin. The text box is large, so you could in theory itemize exactly what is inside. You can upgrade the ap (the one I’m using is free with the purchase of the labels) if you upgrade you can do a full inventory with an exportable spreadsheet. I wish I would have known about these earlier. They stick easily to the container and don’t appear they would come off easily. The label itself is very bright and easy to spot even in a dimly lit attic. If you color code them to category, it’s even easier to find what you need. The ap gives you the option to reprint a label if something were to happen to it. I can’t imagine how they would be damaged unless they get wet. The print is on there, so they don’t smear or seem to fade. I can’t recommend this product enough.

Be careful to purchase from this manufacturer. I originally purchased from a scam company, and the QR code did not work. I purchased the product again. A nifty little product. I am putting things in storage and the app allows me to know what’s inside the contents without rummaging through it. I wish they were two stickers for each so I could have one sticker on each side of The container.
