Q: Will this work on Cast Iron pipe?

It will hold it together under minimal pressure. But if you have a high pressure system I would not count on it for any length of time

Q: Will it work to fix broken cast aluminum tool holder

I am not seeing the holder. If it has no stress then I’d say maybe. If it has stress then I would say no.

Q: Can it be used on exhaust pipes?

Not recommended, this is only to be used for aesthetics only. Heat will damage it.

Q: Can i put this inside at the bottom of my cooking pot for boiling potatoes and pasta?

According to directions the label warning, I would say no. I also don’t think itvwould adhere to it.
