CHIVENIDO Water Bottle Pump 5 Gallon

Take this review as genuine and authentic. I am reviewing the product not the seller. The same model first product just 2 months back was an utter failure. So not suspecting the model, thinking that I received a bad item, I bought this second same unit. Unfortunately this also failed. There are many designs with similar technology but I think all use the same motor and buttons, pumps etc., but outer design might be different.Here are the issues:1. The power input is not correctly placed, as it tke several attempts to insert the charger.2. Almost every alternate day it needs recharge even for normal use. Dont hold battery for long.3. Even when fully charged it dont work continuously to provide 300-400ml of water at a stretch. Have to repeatedly press the button again and again.4. The power input failed and I have to give it for repair/replace with new power inlet soldered for Rs 100.5. Not a reliable pump often need several times pushing button.Bottomline, dont buy any of these models all these might have same motor with different outer design.Note: I even tried manual, which is also not good either. have to keep on pushing the piston several times and is tedious.Better go for bottom bulb with tap arrangement. which will be easy and comfortable.

Product got delivered on time and easy to install. At the moment, only issue is that product images are incorrect as it shows 2 blue caps which is not provided so keep that in mind while purchasing.

Battery🔋backup is very poor. Hardly can fill 3 bottles after full recharge.

Quality needs to improved need to charge after every 15 ltr gallon. Battery 🔋 is ver bad.

It stopped working after 1 day of working.Don’t buy it’s wast of money, go for any manual pump rather than any of these gimmick.

The media could not be loaded.  It only worked for few days that too had too recharge it multiple times though out the day. It is not working anymore and it lasted only few days. Faulty product. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

Buen producto, Durable, es silencioso y la carga le dura bastante.

We previously had an old hand pump that relied on pressurization of the bottle to force the water out.This is a suction pump and works fantastically.USB to charge the pump battery, comes with the cord but it’s a little short at maybe 1 foot long.Having said that the battery once charged was able to pump a 5 gallon bottle without needing a recharge.Pump switch is also on a timer. About 15 seconds.

Tenía mis dudas sobre el producto, realmente es muy sencillo de utilizar e instalar, en lo personal no lo considero tan ruidoso como otros usuarios.La velocidad de bombeo es buena, lo adaptadores incluidos no eran del tamaño para los garrafones que usamos así que tuvimos que ingeniarnos un poco.Es un excelente producto considerando el costo-beneficio.Muy recomendable

Started off great but exactly two months of consistent use it won't charge. Won't even work while plugged in as well. Disappointed as we live in a remote town in Costa Rica and depended on it for everyday use.

Cumple la función de extraer agua, yo decidí comprar este a pesar de que vi otros de precio mucho más accesible por la cuestión de los dos empaques que trae, sin embargo, los empaques no embonan con los garrafones por lo que no queda asegurado al 100% en el garrafón. No lo volvería a comprar, en su lugar compraría otro más barato aunque no incluyan esas tapas o empaques.
