Yes, the pillow is washable. But after it goes through the dryer, it fluffs up more than I like. So I use the zip-in pillow cases and only wash THEM. That works well for me. I sleep on my back on three pillows, and it keeps my head from lolling to one side. The Save My Face pillow prevents that, and keeps me comfortable. I'll never be without my Save My Face pillow. Great product! MLW

If you are sleeping on your back place your head in the centre. If you are sleeping on your side you want your cheek at the edge of the C so your face is not touching the pillow. If you are sitting up double the pillow so it looks like one C and place behind your neck.

Make your own pillow!

I have always wanted to switch to this pillow but always found the price tag a bit much. So instead, I've sewn two travel pillows side to side, put it inside a satin pillow cover, and made my own save-my-face pillow for Rs. 399. It's just as good, and a sold 7600 rupees cheaper.
