Great product!

I have tried other vegan omega capsules, some I can tell make no difference, others like these definitely do. My brain functions a lot better on these capsules as they are higher in DHA and EPA than many other omega supplements and arw priced well given what they offer. They are a little on the large side and have a fishy smell but neither are over the top.

I think these vitamins are good and feel different after taking them. I’m more alert, even if I’m lacking sleep and generally feel I have more mental stamina. However, I took off 1 star as there is a smell in the 2nd batch I ordered but it wasn’t there in the first one, despite ordering the same ones again! It’s only momentary when swallowing the tablet, after that you can’t tell.

Like most of these supplements, the listed amount of EPA and DHA is per dose not per capsule. So ready capsule contains half this much. The listing deliberately makes this very hard to discover

Los suplementos de Omega 3 de este tipo (también de otras marcas) me han ayudado muy claramente a reducir los síntomas de mi tipo de ojo seco. Mejor que las gotas, las gafas que reducen la luz azul,... Estoy muy contento con su utilidad. :) Por cierto, bostezar, conducir moto en invierno (con el casco abierto) o producir lágrimas de alguna otra manera también lo ha hecho mucho. :) He comprado este producto 10 veces. Y de otras marcas no sé cuantas.
