These brownies are fantastic! They are so fast and easy to make. They come out perfect every time. And everyone loves them. I don't even bother measuring things out when I make them. I just put in any type of oil/fat that I have on hand, plus some water and eggs. No matter how I mix it up it always comes out perfect. (I tend to never actually measure things out when I cook. But this one is extra fool proof, if you are like me and don't want to be bothered measuring.) Then I just bake them until they look and smell like they might be done. I like that these are chewy and very moist. The texture is very rich. The taste is a mega-milk chocolate goodness. My favorite way to eat these is to cover them with vanilla frosting. I also sometimes will make a few with a deep, dark fudge frosting. These brownies are so fast, easy and fantastic. If you love chewy brownies you can't go wrong with this mix.

Tastes great, super easy to make. Ingredients are simple. I swapped out the water for milk and the oil for butter to make it taste more homemade. Already moist, but for extra moistness, fold in some chocolate chips to the batter. Flexible to work with: I added a peanut butter icing and peanut butter cups to make a decadent peanut butter brownie. Also testing other recipes, with espresso, jam, PB&J, cayenne pepper and cinnamon, etc.

I make these brownies all the time. Birthdays, special occasions, or honestly just because people in my house beg for them. They are always a hit and never last long. We even made them for a birthday party recently with a bunch of different toppings, and everyone loved them. If you like a moist brownie that is slightly gooey and not too cakey, these are perfect. I often combine two boxes to make a larger pan, which also makes them a little thicker and even better in my opinion. They are super easy to make, inexpensive, and taste great every single time. I keep these stocked because I know they will get used. Now I want to go make some even though it is 2 AM! 😂
