Didn't do anything for me even when combined with any preworkout supplements. Upon opening this product it was clumpy like it had moisture in the container. When mixed correctly it still was chunky and foamy even if you used a blender it wouldn't dissolve the powder. I used the bomb pop flavor which was way too sweet. Tried this for 3 weeks before discontinuing.
