These were so much easier for me to install than the swing door hinges I tried before this. The others were so heavy duty and spring loaded that I almost killed myself trying to get them on and off. These were pretty simple and straight forward. I did have to play around and tweak where to put the bottom hinge. I had to put mine all the way to the edge of the door, and not the distance they specified on the directions, but that was because of where I was hanging the doors. These aren't hinges for big and heavy doors. They are for light to medium weight doors in my opinion, bc I don't think the plastic parts would hold up under too much strain. But these were perfect for the homemade swing doors I made for my laundry room. I would recommend these.

Bought for swinging doors for bathroom closet. They work great. They swing and they will stay opennif you want.

The new parts were a perfect replacement for the old parts.

Thought the screws provided should be longer for more strength. Easy to. Install though

My husband make some bar doors out of an old fence and they look so, so wonderful. They swing exactly as we hoped they would. Great hinges.

This was my first cafe door installation. This set of hinges is not especially hard to install, although the instructions are poor, and they work — to a point. The gravity hold open feature doesn’t work well. It takes very little for the doors to close when I desire them to stay open. They do open easily, and smoothly, with zero noise. They can be adjusted so they close right across from one another. That turns out to be a big deal because lining them up absolutely right across from one another is difficult. The price is low for a set of good quality cafe door hinges.

For the price these are good. But the measurements given to use were way off, like by an inch per side so we had to add onto our doors to bring them together. Just note that if you have someone build the doors for you.
