The media could not be loaded.  Do not waist your money i payed 600 for my in back i feb i used my in for two months then it seam broke and then howes leaked and they do not care

Missing parts and impossible to figure out who to contact.

When the unit arrived the box was somewhat distorted. Upon opening the package found all the hoses laying on the bottom with no protection. Two of the couplings were broken. The heating and pump unit looked like it had been used. Seem like a waste of time to buy this piece of crap.

Biggest waste of money ever!! The hoses are cheap garbage, and it only worked one time!

Hoses don’t seal very well

The media could not be loaded.  This is a replacement inflatable hot tub. It is giving me the same problem as the first one we purchased.

Seals leak. Won’t heat past 102F. Doesn’t hold air pressure for more then a week. Worst purchase I’ve made from Amazon in over 10 years

It was worth every penny. Not only was it great quality, the instructions are easy to follow. Ever since I got my basement renovated, it has been empty and the hot tub was a great addition. Whenever I’m stressed due to work, I always spend a hefty amount of time in the tub. I haven't been able to treat myself in so long since covid, but now I think I'd rather have a spa party at home with my girl friends than going out. Saves a lot of money on the long run. One of the best purchases of this year 👍🏻
