Lovely and relaxing aroma. Could be a bit longer/wider but great for the price
The box was ripped for some reason, as the picture shows, but the item was fine thankfully. Instructions say to start with 30 seconds, which is a good idea, but it definitely needs at least one minute. It does lose heat relatively quickly but for the price it's overall a good buy. It helps with my neck pain and somewhat in my shoulders, but if you need something for a larger area I'd suggest a longer and wider product. Overall, it's pretty good but better for more minor and short-lived neck pain.

Non functional for ‘cold’
Doesn’t really get cold. So, if like me, you are more interested in the cold vs. the hot, skip this product.
