Its unique design allows you to quickly and easily break a car window or cut through a seatbelt, providing a crucial escape route in the event of an accident, fire, or other emergencies. Here's what I like: Compact and Portable: The RESQME is small and lightweight, making it easy to carry on your keychain or in your pocket. Dual Functionality: The tool features both a window breaker and a seatbelt cutter, providing two essential functions in one compact device. Easy to Use: The window breaker is designed for easy and effective use, while the seatbelt cutter is sharp and efficient. Durable Construction: The RESQME is made from durable materials, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of emergency use. Made in the USA: The RESQME is manufactured in the USA, providing assurance of quality and craftsmanship. Things to consider: Limited Applications: The RESQME is specifically designed for car escape situations and may not be suitable for other purposes. Potential for Damage: While durable, the RESQME can be damaged with excessive force or improper use. Not a Replacement for Safety Practices: The RESQME should not be considered a replacement for safe driving practices or other safety measures. Overall, the RESQME Keychain Car Escape Tool is a valuable and essential safety device for anyone who drives or rides in a car. Its compact size, dual functionality, ease of use, and durable construction make it a crucial tool for emergency situations. However, it's important to consider its limited applications, potential for damage, and the fact that it's not a replacement for safe driving practices before relying on it in an emergency.

I watched a video with Rick Mercer who talked to the inventor of this product, and was convinced I should carry one around. Luckily I've never had to use it, but on the chance I do, I'm confident that it'll do it's job well. I made the mistake of pressing the end with my thumb, and wow does it pack a punch. Make sure to watch the video so you know exactly how to use it. I gave one to my girlfriend as well for peace of mind. What I love about this product, is that it's so small it'll fit anywhere, yet packs an amazing punch to shatter a car window. Much more convenient than the large hammer style devices sold elsewhere. The seatbelt cutter is safely concealed, and is a nice addition to this product.

I haven't had to use this tool yet (thank goodness) but having seen videos of the window breaking tool in action I'm very happy to have it on my keychain. My husband has one as well. It seems well made and simple to use. I like the fact that if I ever do have to use it, it can be reused. It's not a one and done tool.
