You will need to vacuum it away or wipe away with a damp cloth. **Q: I imagine the holographic ones are not recyclable. Are the red and rainbow scratches notes made from plain paper that could be recycled?** A: I would think so, they seem almost cardboard like. **Q: Just ordered this as a gift. Package arrived and it is the small box. Are the pens inside?** A: there are no "Pens" They come with 2 wooden dowels that are pointed at one end that you use like pens to scratch off **Q: The dowels are not attached. Is there something else that can be used? A pencil? A bamboo skewer?** A: A quick check first - they are supposed to be packed inside the box. I'm mentioning this because often people buy the notes as a gift and email us about missing stylus pens - those people understandably didn't want to open the box and so initially didn't know the stylus scratches were inside.
