Love this book! So much great information!

I was familiar with a lot of the ideas presented , and this book expanded my understanding of these concepts. It was thought provoking and well written. I enjoyed that Elizabeth used her life examples to explain awakening. I know that I will reread this book, as the information is such that it will download more the second time around.

I really appreciate this book. Sometimes the exact information you need arrives exactly when you need it.Being 57, I smiled at "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink," having heard that my whole life, but loved being mind-blown myself by "Youniverse" (perfectly clarifying) and learning that we actually have MULTIPLE ego-deaths! Imagine working so hard on self-improvement, thinking you've got it down, and then repeatedly beating yourself up over things you thought you had mastered already. Freaking exhausting and makes one feel like an idiot... But then EA so easily explains it away.Thank you for writing this book and yes, I'll read whatever you publish because you channel difficult concepts with grace, ease and make them normal.For anyone who has felt alone, weird, abnormal, left out and isolated in their journey, read this book.

Quick and easy read for me. I had already been exposed to most of the information when I went through some of my own growth many years ago, but lately I've felt kind of stagnated, so this was a great reminder and re-waking for me. Although I'd been exposed to these ideas before, I enjoyed how they were laid out here and how they were worded and the examples used. It made it feel fresh and new.

She’s real, down to earth, relatable. This book is great for someone just starting on their journey, but also has stuff in it for those further along as well. My soul resonates with her so much. Highly recommend ❤️
