Not very heavy

Was not very sharp when it arrived, and the jaw didn't line up. Caused a difficult and incomplete cut. After reworking at the shop they will function.

I probably never had new ones before, but they work great. That cheesy little guard on there is oo weak it's ridiculous, but who needs that? I just took it off. I'd guy again.

The notchers work well, seem to be strong and the cutting edge looks like it will last. We have a set that looks almost identical, has worked for 55 years so far.

They are a good product I use them for notching calves

The photo shown for product looks like a Stone notcher . This is much larger and harder to use. See difference in photo.
