BIG-BEN Soft PU Foam Premium Saddle Seat for Cycle with German PU Technology Comfortable Cycle Seat for Men and Women

I purchased this to replace the saddle of my Cult Fitkit bike. The original saddle for the indoor bike was such a pain in the back and uncomfortable to sit on. It didn't help even after putting a cushion over it. I'm happy that I purchased Big Ben black saddle as it has improved my cycling experience.

Though satisfied with appearance and comfort.. it's not exactly what it is advertised. 24 cm circumference is actually 16/20 cm which is only point of dissatisfaction rest is goodEasy to install, good shock absorber, easy to install, waterproof, height gain of 1 to 2 inch.. perfect for riding..Waiting further experience as we ride it..

Product looks luks premium and comfortable for use for adults who weights more 100-120kgs suitable for all type MTB for both male and females also thanks for BIG-BEN

I don't have words to express how excited i was when I first sat on the seat. Unfortunately all my excitement turned into a nightmare when I was riding my bicycle on the highway when I happened to cross a small pothole and to my shock the seat suddenly bent/tilted on one left side which caused imbalance and i was almost about to crash the vehicle next to me. The seat was intact however the black ring surrounding the seat just came off and fell in the middle of the highway. This was the most dangerous experience and never expected something like a seat can cause such an accident. Big-ben, guys someon purchasing such an expensive seat, please use quality product. This could have truened out to be fatal. Could have cased me my life. Out of excitement i have order another seat for my brother. Now i'm in two minds as to weather i should be taking that order or cancelling it.. I'M REALLY SHOCKED 😲. If someone from bigben can contact me, I would appreciate that thank you.

After just 1 ride parts started breaking... maybe manufacturing defect or engineering defect

Very much comfortable and easy to install but should have more colour options.
