The phone stopped working few day later

The shipping was sloppy and insecure. Sitting in a box outside of the mailbox in a snowbank.The product itself is very smooth working and the battery is beautifully long lasting and recharges very quickley

I love the look, size and the different features on this phone however a few days after receiving my phone the screen and every App went black and white. I searched YouTube for help on how to get it back to colored, I came across a video that helped but it kept going back to black and white. So I'm just believing that it will stay colored permanently after one of it's transition.

This phone worked great - for two months. Phone reception was better than my previous phone. Then suddenly callers couldn't hear me even though I could hear them. Then it quit connecting to the cell network. I hadn't gotten the phone wet or dropped it hard. I performed several troubleshooting steps recommended on Samsung's website, including doing a factor reset (several times). None of that worked. I took it to a phone store (T-Mobile) and to a Samsung authorized repair center but they couldn't fix it. Through all of this I discovered that it was an international model, with no US warranty. I had bought it on Amazon. Most phone listings will state in the title description if the phone is an international model (which I always avoid). This product listing title states "US +Global" which I took to mean that it was an US model. Now looking further at the product listing, on the last line under "About this item" it states that it's an international model with no warranty in the US.I did some further research on the Samsung website and found that it might still be possible for the repair to be covered in the US. I contacted Samsung repair (through chat and phone) and was assured that it was covered under warranty, so I sent it to Samsung. A few days later Samsung sent an email stating that it's out of warranty because it's an international model even though if I enter the repair number on the Samsung support website, it tells me that it is covered under warranty. I called Samsung support to get an explanation for the contradictions but the person did not really have a clear explanation. The repair is $90 more than I paid for the phone so I'm not going through with the work.I understand that I should have looked at the product description more carefully and ultimately it's my fault, however, I wish Samsung would get their stories straight.

The phone was awesome but as of 10/20/2021 this phone no longer works with ATT. I am now outside the return window and was only offered a portion of the money back. I feel like I was scammed as the ad says it works with ATT.

The microphone is terrible.
