Q: Does this have a bontranger isozone adapter or fit isozone grips?

there are 2 installation modes included; a fixed position & a universal silicone mount. The silicone mount goes over the grip and the "screwed in mode" suitable for handlebars inside Ø 18-23 mm

Q: We have Lectric brand bikes and the grips are not round, they have a more flat edge shape that fits in your palm. So they are 2" wide. Silicone fit?

I think so - the silicone is fairly stretchy - it's close enough that it's worth a try.... the tool i inserted in the video was 1 3/4 inch by 1 inch so smaller but fitted in without any effort.... sorry I could not find anything bigger so show you

Q: How deep does it go inside the handle bar? Mine is hollow but only a little. My diameter is okay but not sure on the length inside my handle.

it goes on the outside of the handlebar. Flexible material/rubber

Q: Do you sell replacement parts? I broke one of the tabs off the inner plastic piece.
