This is the sharpest knife I've ever used. The curved blade makes it easy to use for many different functions. It's nicely balanced and not too heavy. I love using this knife.

My heaviest knife. Yes, sharp. New-sharp, not crazy-sharp. The bore is knid of wide, so not the best for delicate fruits and veggies (which is why you want sharp...) And heavy, did I mention? Finger hole thingey - pointless. Hate to say it, but so far it isn't replacing my old, old santoku knife. The one I got for free 14 years ago, at a swap/trade thrift store. The one that gets used several times daily. This knife, I'll keep but it's not replacing that one. Still. However, with the purchase of this knife, I also bought a nice sharpening stone, so that old knife will get a breath of new life... Still going strong. Cheap damn knife! Selling on ebay for 13.00! Lmao!

I like the weight, balance & sharpness. The sheath was a little flimsy but does the job.
