Great
Safer than others I’ve tried. does help me sleep but don’t take it to early and fight the feeling to sleep you will be up all night. Is a bit difficult to open but I have a child so it’s ok for me. Will buy again

They work very well.
These work really well. But it’s difficult to get the pills out of the plastic.

Pure Sleep
This stuff is the only sleeping aid that I have found that actually works. I highly recommend this product, but check with your doctor first to make sure you can take it.

Effective, but hard to have energy the next day
Helps me sleep well throughout the night, but I do find it hard to wake up in the morning and to have energy throughout the day when I take it.

Difficult extraction
I gave this a 3 due to the fact that getting the pills out of the blister pack takes an act of God. Even using scissors it is extremely hard to extract the pills. I understand safety but this is taking it to the extreme. You end up with sore fingers and it takes forever. The pill works but…

WOW, effective and worked
I remember back when I was a kid, when it was bedtime I slept like a baby. As I gotten older not so much and on occasion need a sleep aide to even get 6 hours of sleep. I have tried melatonin before and it just never seem to work well for me. The ZQuil Ultra worked very well. I was able to get a good not sleep, didn't feel groggy when I woke up. Worked for me, might work for you. Good luck ABM

Effective
It's difficult to prioritize sleep when your mind won't cooperate. 30 minutes after a zquill ultra I'm ready for a serious sleep. The first time taking it I was a bit groggy in the AM but after subsequent use waking up feels like a renewal after a restful sleep Zquill ultra has been a sanity saver.
