I use it for sit ups and back extensions, and it is comfortable and easily stored away. I do find that I have to add a bit of weight to the rear end when doing back extensions, as the initial movement will sometimes cause the feet to lift momentarily, this is no problem though. Having had a couple of issues (my fault) with one of the parts though, I can say that the customer service is excellent. I spoke to a guy called Tom who was very helpful, and they sent me replacement parts even though it was my error. In future I will prioritise InnovaMaxx products over others entirely because of this.
