It's a pocket hole jig
Inexpensive. It cuts pocket holes and it's red. It's what red pocket hole jigs should do.

Seemed great
Worked great for a week and then one of the thumb screws pulled the threads out from being cross threaded. Steel hardware and aluminium cut threads isn't a great idea.Other than that, the jig worked well and the bits we're ok. They filled after some heavy use and I had to replace them.
