It showed that I'd receive the product, but DID NOT!!! I ordered this product from Golden and also order the 5 position Picatinny Barrel attachment. I received a Picatinny 5 position Barrel mount, but no top mount flat rail. I submitted a request to Golden and have not heard back.Edit review:The manufacturer sent me a new picatinny rail for my Mossberg 500 and it fits perfectly! Now I can put my Red Dot on and I am back in business.

It was the last "mod" on my 500 wing and field and now my Slug gun is dead on at 150 yards.

Won't fit firearm as described
Mounting holes did not match the holes in a 2021 Mossberg 500 as described in item information. Tried to find a customer service number for the company, to no avail. Went to local gun store bought a Weaver base, fit perfect.

I put this on my 590 Shockwave. This one lined right up and bolted in place with no problems.
