I think these work. I like to, how do I say this, bake in the evening? This can make getting out of bed the next morning a bit difficult coz those cakes are gooood. Brain fog first thing. Lethargic. Big CBA vibes.... So I'm on month 3 with these- so they're well in my system and I have to say I'm experiencing a big difference. They're a bit pricey and it's annoying having to take 2 at a time but, they dont taste of anything and go down ok- so it is what it is. Vast reduction in brain fog, more energy, and dare I say it- not just in the morning. I'm 44 and reaching that age where just breathing seems to cause bits to drop off-so I was happy, and surprised, that something that sounds like pseudo waffle actually helped! I've also recommend them to friends- who also have had positive results. Try it out. I felt a difference during month one so one sachet will be a good indication of if it's working for you!

A noticeable affect almost instantaneously. I don't believe it was a placebo as I added it into my usual supplements spontaneously without giving it much thought. It was only after I made the association how alert I was feeling must be connected to these.
