It's yucky
This has a smell and taste. It grosses me out I put it in my weekly pill planner and it made all the pills have the smell/taste. I take it and burp the taste up all day

I bought these vitamins after seeing an item on YouTube about B1 being good for decreasing swelling in the feet and/or legs. I have been taking them now for about week and can't see much difference but I will persevere. I assume it can't do any harm !!!
