These work! I've tried other things, but these collagen gummies were the only thing to make my hair come in quick and grow fast after a lot of hair had fallen out during a period of stress (also my nails grow faster, which is really annoying). The grape flavor is great and not too sweet.The raspberry version of this same product is disgustingly sweet and artificial-tasting.
